Owner & Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer
Chris brings more than 10 years in health and fitness, working with everyone from youth and older adults to post-cancer rehab clients and bodybuilders. He holds a degree in Kinesiology and certifications in personal training and cancer exercise.

Personal Trainer
Glenda has nearly 20 years of experience and brings a thoughtful mix of strength training, natural bodybuilding, TRX, and yoga to her coaching. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer and 200-hour yoga instructor.

Personal Trainer
For 25 years, Seth has helped people build healthier, stronger lives through training that is fun, functional, and grounded in science. He holds an M.B.A. from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Rutgers University, along with extensive graduate study in Kinesiology and Athletic Training. Seth is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Exercise Physiologist. He is also a master TRX instructor and Rumble Roller master trainer, and has served as head athletic trainer and medical staff for USA Track & Field at national and international competitions. Through Sky Fitness and his work in sports medicine, Seth has developed training programs, helped open fitness facilities, and taught continuing education to fitness and health professionals.

Personal Trainer
Davidson has coached strength and conditioning since 2008, including collegiate women’s sports and club volleyball. He holds degrees in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology and is a CSCS-certified coach.
